The Inset piece '3' (could be scaled up from Pocket piece '5') and original instructions are missing, but I have created illustrated instructions for the Hearts that will be included with this original vintage pattern.

Size Medium fits 34" to 36" bust, 28" to 30" waist, 37" to 39" hip.
